These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 3333vat platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Important Notice
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and 3333vat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 3333vat platform. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

18+ Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use 3333vat. Age verification is mandatory during KYC. Accounts belonging to underage users are permanently closed without refund of balances derived from bonus funds.
One Account Per User
Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the 3333vat platform. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension, and all associated balances — including deposits and winnings — may be forfeited.
Withdrawals in Taka
All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Requirements and eligible games are stated on the relevant promotion page. Bonus abuse, including collusion and exploitation of software errors, results in forfeiture.
Prohibited Conduct
Fraudulent activity, money laundering, chargebacks, use of automated software or bots, and collusion between accounts are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

General Terms
1.1 Acceptance of Terms. By accessing, registering on, or using the 3333vat platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, your only remedy is to discontinue use of the platform immediately.
1.2 Amendments. 3333vat reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on this page. The "Effective" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of 3333vat following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
1.3 Governing Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.
1.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
1.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3333vat with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
1.6 Platform Availability. 3333vat operates an online gaming platform accessible via web browser. The platform is designed for use in Bangladesh and targets Bangladeshi players. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform and reserve the right to suspend services temporarily for maintenance, security updates, or other operational reasons. No compensation will be payable for periods of planned or unplanned downtime.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the 3333vat platform. This requirement is absolute and applies to all users regardless of location or the type of activity undertaken on the platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are aged 18 or older.
2.2 Age Verification. 3333vat reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or at any other time we deem appropriate. Acceptable documents for age verification include a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Where age cannot be verified, the account will be suspended until verification is completed.
2.3 Underage Access. If it is established that a user is under the age of 18, the account will be permanently closed. Any deposits made to the account by an underage user will be returned. Winnings accumulated while using a 3333vat account as an underage user will be forfeited in full. 3333vat will not be liable to an underage user or any third party in relation to access that occurred as a result of the user providing false age information during registration.
2.4 Geographic Eligibility. The 3333vat platform is designed for use by residents of Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that online gaming is not prohibited in your specific location. 3333vat makes no representation that the platform is legal or appropriate for use in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh.
2.5 Capacity to Contract. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are under any legal restriction that prevents you from entering contracts, you are not permitted to register or use the platform.
Underage Gambling is Strictly Prohibited
3333vat applies a zero-tolerance policy to underage gambling. If you suspect a minor is accessing the platform, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We take all reports seriously and act swiftly. All adult users should ensure that minors in their household cannot access their account credentials.
Account Registration & Verification
3.1 Registration Requirement. To access any real-money gaming or sports betting features on 3333vat, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.
3.2 One Account Policy. Each individual person is permitted to hold only one active account on the 3333vat platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or with different contact details — is a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, 3333vat will close all but one account at its sole discretion and may void any associated bonuses and winnings.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. You must notify 3333vat immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting [email protected].
3.4 KYC Verification. As part of our commitment to security and responsible gaming, 3333vat operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All accounts are required to complete KYC before processing withdrawals above the minimum threshold. KYC documents typically include a copy of your NID and a recent selfie. KYC-verified accounts benefit from faster withdrawal processing and higher transaction limits.
3.5 False Information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC is a serious breach of these terms. 3333vat reserves the right to close any account where false information is discovered, to void any balances including deposits and winnings, and to retain those funds as a penalty for the breach. We may also report such conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.
3.6 Account Inactivity. An account that shows no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. 3333vat may charge an administrative fee against inactive account balances or close the account entirely after providing reasonable notice. Any remaining real-money balance in a closed inactive account will be handled in accordance with our standard account closure procedure.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the 3333vat platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There is no currency conversion applied between your deposit and your account balance. The amount you deposit is the amount credited, subject to any minimum deposit thresholds. Similarly, the amount you request for withdrawal is the amount processed, subject to verification and applicable limits.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 3333vat accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Visa card, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum transaction amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via mobile money (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to appear in your account depending on the sending institution. 3333vat does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for KYC-verified accounts using mobile money methods during standard business hours. Withdrawals via bank transfer may take up to one business day. Withdrawal requests are subject to security checks, and 3333vat reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where fraud or policy breach is suspected.
4.5 Withdrawal to Original Method. 3333vat applies a withdrawal-to-source policy wherever technically possible. This means that withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Requests to withdraw to a different account or method may require additional verification.
4.6 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit and play with funds that belong to you. You must not use funds obtained from criminal activity, funds belonging to another person, or funds that are subject to any legal dispute or restriction. Any deposit identified as proceeding from such sources will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Mobile Money (bKash, Nagad)
Deposits: Instant. Withdrawals: Under 15 minutes for KYC-verified accounts during business hours.
Bank Transfer
Deposits: Up to 1 business day. Withdrawals: Up to 1 business day. Suitable for higher-value transactions.
Visa & Mastercard
Accepted for deposits. All card data encrypted end-to-end. Full card numbers are never stored on 3333vat servers.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Promotion Eligibility. Promotional offers and bonuses made available on 3333vat are subject to individual promotion terms that are published on the relevant promotion page. General eligibility conditions include: the account must be fully registered and in good standing, the account must not currently be under restriction or review, and the player must not have previously abused bonuses on the platform or any affiliated platform.
5.2 Welcome Bonus. New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus upon making their first qualifying deposit. The applicable bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry period are set out in the welcome bonus promotion terms. Only one welcome bonus is available per new account. Players who have previously held an account on 3333vat — whether under the same or a different identity — are not eligible for new player bonuses.
5.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in its promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Failure to complete requirements within the validity period results in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account.
5.4 Game Contributions. Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots from eligible providers typically contribute 100% of each stake towards wagering. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The specific contribution rates applicable to each bonus are detailed in that bonus's terms.
5.5 Bonus Abuse. 3333vat operates active monitoring for bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, exploiting errors in bonus calculations or game software, and colluding with other accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, 3333vat reserves the right to void all bonuses, void winnings derived from bonuses, and permanently close the account.
5.6 Promotional Changes. 3333vat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications do not affect bonuses already credited to an account before the change takes effect, provided the wagering period has not expired.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
6.1 General Obligations. As a user of the 3333vat platform, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes, to provide truthful information to the platform at all times, to keep your account credentials secure, to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and to act in good faith towards the platform and other users at all times.
6.2 Prohibited Activities. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3333vat platform:
- Creating more than one account per person
- Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC
- Using the platform for money laundering or any financial crime
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any way
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any winnings obtained via exploitation are void
- Colluding with other players, including in live casino games, to gain an unfair advantage
- Engaging in chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions with payment providers
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the 3333vat platform or its software
- Using offensive, abusive, or threatening language in any communication with 3333vat staff
6.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct. Breach of any obligation or engagement in any prohibited activity will result in immediate suspension of your account pending investigation. Following investigation, 3333vat may permanently close the account, void all balances including real-money deposits and winnings, and report the conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.
No Automated Software Permitted
The use of bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with the 3333vat platform is a serious breach of these terms. Accounts found to be using automated software will be permanently closed and all balances voided without appeal.
Chargebacks Are a Breach
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute against a legitimate 3333vat transaction is treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions. The full disputed amount plus any associated bank fees will be pursued as a debt, and the account will be permanently closed.
Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Suspension by 3333vat. 3333vat may suspend any account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity fraud, or any other conduct that may harm the platform, other users, or third parties. A suspended account cannot deposit, withdraw, or place bets. During a suspension, 3333vat will conduct an internal investigation and communicate with the account holder via their registered email address.
7.2 Closure by 3333vat. Following an investigation, 3333vat may permanently close an account where a breach has been confirmed. The decision to permanently close an account, and the treatment of any remaining balance, will be communicated to the account holder in writing. Where the closure is due to a confirmed breach, balances may be voided in whole or in part. Where the closure is due to inactivity or at the platform's operational discretion rather than a breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the account holder's registered payment method.
7.3 Voluntary Closure by the User. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Note that self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming tools is separate from account closure — self-exclusion temporarily restricts access, whereas account closure is permanent unless you request reactivation (subject to eligibility review).
7.4 Responsible Gaming Closures. Accounts closed under the self-exclusion policy as part of our Responsible Gaming commitment are treated differently from standard closures. Self-excluded users may not request reactivation during the active self-exclusion period. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account is a breach of these terms. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Platform Provided "As Is". The 3333vat platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. You use the platform entirely at your own risk.
8.2 No Liability for Losses. 3333vat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes but is not limited to: losses arising from technical failures, game errors, network interruptions, delayed transactions, or any other event outside the platform's reasonable control.
8.3 Gambling Losses. Gambling involves financial risk. 3333vat is not liable for any losses you incur as a result of your betting or gaming activity on the platform. It is your responsibility to manage your gaming activity within your personal financial limits. Our Responsible Gaming tools are provided to assist you in doing so.
8.4 Third-Party Services. 3333vat uses third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi), payment processors, and technology providers to deliver its services. We are not liable for failures, errors, or disruptions caused by third-party services. In the event of a game malfunction or data error during a live game, the affected game round may be declared void and stakes returned.
8.5 Force Majeure. 3333vat shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, power failures, internet outages, cyberattacks, or any other event that could not reasonably have been anticipated or prevented.
8.6 Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3333vat, its directors, employees, and agents against any claims, losses, damages, and costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions, your use of the platform, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
